Yup, virgin media is annoying me right now, about 2 hours or so ago cable TV cut out while I was watching it, 1AM, it’s not unreasonable for it to be up at 1 am right?
It came back a few seconds later, if you can call it that. I get a nice message asking me to update my service, well, I’m paying £40 per month for the service, I got the more expensive plan so I could have access to all the main channels , I do not like being told that I am being asked to pay.
I have complained before about their complete lack of reasonable up speed on their broadband, at least since virgin took over, but this is a pain, I am considering consulting someone to discuss my options of getting out of this 12 month contract I’m tied into, if my service isn’t back as it should be when the citizens advice bureau opens I can imagine myself taking a look in, just to see if I have a case for breach of contract(and if the contract isn’t binding then I should be able to just cancel the service anyway). I would rather be without internet while I find a replacement service than put up with them screwing me around.
